This family caught Pompano while fishing near Ponce Inlet, a popular fishing spot for Daytona Beach fishing charters. Pompano are very good to eat. ‘Pompano en Papillote’ is a classic New Orleans recipe made famous by the city’s French Creole restaurants!

Red Snapper are just one of the many varieties of Snapper caught with Captain Corey of On the Hook Charters in Daytona Beach, Florida. These Snapper range from 30 to 40 pounds and were caught while bottom fishing over the many artificial reefs near Daytona Beach. Captain Corey offers both bottom fishing and trolling on his Daytona Beach deep sea fishing trips.
